"There must be some world where living in the air is the only option, though I couldn't easily imagine how that would work."

But that's all hypothetical, at least for now.

And V... the best word to describe their next reaction is that they shrug.

"No one knows the how; they've had people analyze the water, the sediment... even did some detection work for animating spirits. No results."

It's an intriguing problem, much as V hadn't exactly been enthusiastic about potentially finding out for theirself what the answer was.
