He won't put it beyond anyone to have built in a system of pointless and meaningless complaint handling, given it would certainly cut down on the amount of paperwork anyone in a position of power had to handle if they could simply ignore all complaints. Still, something about it appeals to him, and moreover, it's some kind of message sending system for the rest of them stuck here, which has him already more interested than not.

"Could you show me?" he asks, no sense of shame in asking someone more familiar to offer him guidance if they're so inclined.
