If they eat someone's mind enough that person gets Apathy Syndrome where they sit right where they are and don't eat or sleep or drink until they die."

It's... weird, yes. "And there's some people who can stay awake in the Dark Hour, and we can use a power called Persona where we summon part of ourselves to fight. Only people who either already have a Persona or have the potential to have one can be awake."
