Inigo looks like he's about to burst at the seams in the best way possible after the man says those words. He may be bouncing on his feet, despite the fact that it's not like he's walking or going anywhere. Just jumping in place a little, since those words make him so happy that he doesn't know what to do even do with the burst of excess energy he's experiencing right now. This is way more serotonin than Inigo expected to get today.
He's so excited that he only realises Roland asked him a question a few moments later, rushing to answer. Even his speech is quicker than it usually is.
"Yes! I actually got this to try and see if I can get some attacks working with Jumblie since the sword is supposed to conduct magic and--" Inigo's rambling suddenly stops as he realises how quickly and energetic he's going, completely drowning out the man's other question!
A blush appears on his cheeks as he shakes his head, trying to shake off his previous train of thought, wanting to provide Roland with any and all advice he's asking him for. "Um--! What I mean, is.. It's mostly really good. I think it's very effective at what it does, especially since it's likely to catch an opponent by surprise. The only downside is the way it leaves you vulnerable at the end, since disarming a foe's one weapon doesn't mean they don't have any other means left. The upside is that usually their second weapon is something either unsuited for the situation or something they're not as used to fighting with, considering it wasn't their first choice for said battle-- so that should give you some room to play with still."
Despite the way he seems a bit more shy as he rambles off the last part, embarrassed by how just a single word from Roland made him hop straight onto cloud nine, the advice still sounds incredibly earnest. At least this is something where Inigo mostly knows what he's talking about.
