After the whirlwind excitement of the day before, Seto is ready to get back to work. He'd asked Clef about something previously, and with the usual mid-month point additions, they should now be ready to move.

He seeks out his future business partner and asks, once he's found:

"Hey. Did the parts come in?"

"Well yes, but going all the way to the kitchen car and back takes more." Not everyone has such long legs as you do, Kaiba. Clef uses magic to travel throughout the train or it would take him forever to get anywhere. He's tiny. "And what it takes most is focus over time. And Knowledge. Focusing on transport spells in the middle can lead to mistakes."

Kaiba shakes his head. "I didn't mean you, I would walk. My work can be paused without much of a problem."

It's not an offer he'd make for just anyone. "But I'm putting 'coffee in every car' on the list of projects next."

"Ah," he said, to the clarification. "Either way then, I suppose. I cannot promise I will remember to ask while I focus." Or remember to eat...

"I recall when I used to drink coffee... I do not miss that dependancy."

"It's not the worst thing to be dependent on," Kaiba admits to himself, but he resumes his work anyway. After quite a while of translating and adjusting...he thinks he has a basic foundation for it all, and turns the screen.

"Could you take a look when you get the chance? No rush. Well. Unless the train knocking us out mid-adjustment will hurt things."

"Are we that close to that time already?" he asked, making a face. "I rather dislike the practice of the train feeling it knows better than we do when we should rest."
