So long as the device is actively reaching out, so to speak, it can make a connection- and if it can, it's absolutely downloading all the data on there in a flurry as it listens to the human. (Music is something, after all. And it's not like that's actually a large amount to store.) Another glance around, and it hikes up its shoulders before moving forwards to follow, scowling.

"Train," it echoes. Nevermind the fact it's not used to them, it at least knows what they are, but- what is it doing on a train. What is the train doing here. "This doesn't make sense. Why is there a train?"

Maybe not exactly what it wanted to ask, but- the human seems willing to talk. Maybe it can get some sort of answer.
