In terms of what Jack gets from it- well, that depends on how much he decides to push. Whatever he's communicating with certainly seems to be holding itself apart from so much as identifying itself, much less inviting any further datasharing. Though the fact it's switched to what is more-or-less words suggests a human-level intelligence of its own, rather than a simple AI.
