She listened to Entrapta, hanging on every single word she said. Entrapta had Cherry's full attention, even if Cherry didn't quite fully understand everything that was being said. For Cherry the fact that Entrapta was excited was enough to make her excited.

"Day to day stuff like how I like to keep my aether wind-aspected so I move faster? Or like how sometimes if I have a really hot cup of tea I'll shift to fire-aspected aether so my hands don't get hurt by the cup?" Or did she mean something else? She didn't know. Cherry's expression shifted into confusion as Entrapta tried to explain Etherian magic.

"I'm not sure I understand... Mechanically engineered? The inner workings of the world? So it's not like... Harnessing the energy of the world or anything? Like aether is kinda like um..
