She shifted back into fists of fire and threw a few punches, then she took some time to anatman and build her aether and force open some gates of chakra - pending Entrapta's instruments she would be a lens flare of energy during this phase - but once she opened enough gates she would begin to throw her punches and kicks, smoothly shifting into fists of the wind as she did so.
Entrapta (without her tools) would notice that Cherry's speed would begin to pickup and her movements would be hard to follow. Each punch would connect with a bit of aether, but while she's in fists of the wind it was lesser than that of while she was in fists of fire. Different moves used different amounts of aether, though, some some were quite potent as she continued what Cherry would consider drills.
She'd stop at Entrapta's request, but she would otherwise continue on.
