"Honey is a food made by insects, bees. They take in the pollen and nectar of flowers and they put it in hives, combs made of wax. It's sweet and thick and lasts forever and bees always make more than they need. My favorite is the kind still in the wax comb, it adds a delicious texture, but of course, we didn't get any of that kind from the train." She pauses, "I'm not sure we have any more, it was our ingredient of the month a few months back."
