Directions on their SCA aside, but those are often pretty vague. An exclamation mark on a map isn't much in the way of an order, and that's probably just as well. People might do the opposite out of spite if they thought it was an order.

Hey, he could be a super-powered alien who flies and shoots lightning from his eyes for all she knows. Or he could be a non-combatant, though that would be strange for red team. Still. One really can't tell from looking at someone in their brand new train uniform.
