Noctis hasn't known a ticket to deny access either, but then again he's never tried it very much, never having much of a reason to do so.

He holds it in her direction, in case she might want to try it or verify it or anything. Nothing appears to be odd with it--his name and cabin number are printed on it in ink as well as braille, so he hasn't managed to grab someone else's ticket somehow.

He clearly hasn't tried to read it, though, since the cabin they're standing in front of is not '8:C'.
