Alice does indeed bounce right off. Honestly, even if Alleyana wasn't built like a brick, just the sheer speed Alice was going at, the sheer panic she's operating under, or the fact that she's a severely underfed Victorian girl would have done her in. It's only the fact that the other manages to latch onto her arm last-minute that keeps her from just straight up dropping to the ground.

But that doesn't mean Alice isn't confused all the same. When she looks the other in the eyes, her gaze is wild, her eyes wide. Her breath is uneven, even though she's not running anymore now, but just standing there.
