Devero sees that, Yondu. He doesn't comment on it, but he sees it.

It takes him some time to go down to his cabin, collect his things, and then come back up to the library, but eventually he joins Yondu. He's got his electronics toolkit in hand, his 'journal' stuck in a pocket, and Sir Beepers hovering along at his shoulder in its cam mode.

"I can't wait to get the hang of these skates," he says as he sits, sprawling out a leg to show he's still wearing the hoverboots. "It's going to make getting from one end of this damn train to the other a lot easier."
