"Oh!!! Like the ones Granny makes look like hedgehogs...she puts all the cuts in them, and then lots of 'herbs' and stuff..."
Cute...tasty...cleverly hiding their insides both before and after the oven, which explains why she hasn't seen a raw potato's insides until now...
