Like she may only start believing it if she repeats it often enough, speaks it into reality. There's no fire anymore. No danger. The same thing that happened so many years ago won't happen again.
It helps a little, but she still feels antsy. Maybe she'll take a look at the kitchen later herself, just to make sure.
