Okay, when checking in with some of the other 'new arrivals', Phineas definitely notices the robot-looking person who is completely freaking out. His eyes widen for moment, then he moves over. Not too close, not wanting to crowd her (or get hit by the contents of her rucksack that she's throwing around).

"I don't think we're in any immediate danger," he tries to reassure, because he is confident of that much at least. "Whoever is responsible for this doesn't seem to want to hurt us. Are you all right?"
