"It's big on destruction," Beau offers. "Of pretty much everything. Which, yeah, would probably be a little more obvious if it was starting to break free. Probably anything else on that scale would be, too."

She pauses, chewing the inside of her lip as she considers.

"What if it doesn't actually enter the Material Plane to take people? It could be using some kind of summoning spell instead."
