Dio waves one hand, as if completely dismissing the idea. "No, it certainly would and could! Especially if the inspiration is to set us at odds with each other, in this strange and exotic locale! After all, there is none here who could possibly begin to challenge the power of my Stand." And he has no doubt, though he's not seen a flicker of such an entity about, that Emporio would likely be able to in some fashion contend with at least normal Stands.

It killed him in the end, and the reasons mattered not to all who followed, only that it happened. I would not see you set on a similar path." He studies the far wall, brow furrowed. And he wasn't keen on battling a child anyway. He'd have to discover what it was exactly Fate had in mind, and how it could be edged around, with the diminished effect of being out-of-universe caused..
