"It really depends. Some people aren't even here for two weeks, but there are other people who have been here as long as me.. So there's really no way of telling how long anyone is going to be stuck here."

It makes her frown a little, since she can't imagine the uncertainty is exactly pleasant. It's not fun for her either, even though she figures the train most likely won't let her go so easily when it's already kept her around for so long.

But when she moves on to continue, Madoka shakes her head and quickly tries to frown less. She wouldn't want this new person to have to worry about her when there must be so much on their mind already, right after arriving here!
