Another platform and another Lydia-less, Maitland-less, Chuck-less, and Danica-less month. Getting paid was no longer all that appealing to him, since there was nothing available that he actually wanted. Which was his gothy bffff. Or some coke. But, mostly, any version of Lydia Deetz. In either case, the answer seemed to be a big fat No.
This left him with his other hobby: emotional eating.
So, Beetlejuice was camped out in the kitchen. Not to help, no one in their right mind would want him to help cook, or, to touch anything they planned on eating. No, he was there to see if people would talk to him, and to let him eat things while they worked, and he made a nuisance of himself.
"Can I eat that?" He asked for the tenth time, pointing vaguely to the area someone was working in. Sometimes this query involved actual food, other times trash, or cooking utensils. Beetlejuice was not "picky" by any definition of the word.
