Seto thinks he's familiar with bits and pieces here, but to have it all laid out like this...he listens. He does his best to process. But the contrast between the cruel belittling Xander's struggled to shake and the strong and giving person Seto absolutely knows Xander to be is such a wide gulf that it's still a little hard to believe.

As Seto listens to Siebren's offer, he scoots closer to gently take Xander's arm. He's still not the best at providing physical comfort, but he's learning. Slowly.

"The way I see things, who you are is defined by your choices. And I've seen you choose compassion and kindness over and over again, to an extent that still baffles me at times. We're better off for having you."
