He allows himself to be dragged up, by Siebren. By Seto. He's quiet for a long, long moment, before he wraps his arms around the older man and just gives him a hug. Without a hint of hesitation.
"I don't know who or what hurt you," he says, quietly. "But I don't think you'd hurt us. I've trusted you, too." Xander's armed Siebren in the past, for heaven's sake.
Xander doesn't say anything else, but he's markedly reluctant to release Siebren from his hug, too.
