Ienzo tilted his head slightly. He wasn't quite sure what to make of this, and suddenly he was regretting the fact that he didn't actually know Demyx all that well. Still... he'd always been good at reading people, and as much as Demyx was trying to cover for it, he really did seem to Ienzo that he was bothered.
"No, truly, I apologize," he said. He certainly didn't want Demyx thinking that Ienzo was like Zexion, who would have gleefully stomped all over Demyx's feelings on purpose. "Don't tell me not to worry about it when it clearly matters. I made assumptions and I shouldn't have."
The face still remained at the mention of heroics. "I... I'm not one for heroics. You know that," he said. There was a reason he'd never even asked about obtaining a keyblade. That wasn't him, not at all. "I would much rather work in the background. Is that an option?"
