In the time it takes Tony to get back from the bathroom, his body as caught on to the fact he's cold and he shivers lightly, teeth chattering. Or maybe that's from the fever. Does he have a fever? He has no idea but it sure wouldn't surprise him.

He allows Tony to pull the hoodie over his head and the moment it's on, he's laying back down and curling up again. It's still cold, he's still shivering and his teeth are still chattering, annoyingly. He's never gonna get to sleep like this. He very shakily holds up one finger, thinking maybe he can leech some warmth out of his mentor.
