[ Eventually, being the key words. At the moment, he’s sure as Sizhui that he won’t be sharing anything too personal. There’s already a lot he trusts the other with and that already in of itself speaks volumes. It’s the same with Jingyi as well. He does trust both of them a lot more than he thought he would originally. Perhaps, it is because they definitely feel very familiar to him, despite all the differences. He keeps thinking about it from time to time, but that’s probably the reason behind it. Regardless, neither seem to be the type that will hurt him. So, he’ll stick with it for the time being. After all, he doesn’t want to be too skeptical about everything. It will only push away people he already knows and those he will get to know. He’s trying to be better, but some things are just ingrained and it’s hard to let it go. If Sizhui chooses to trust him with such sensitive and personal information, he will at least lend an ear of some kind.
Yes, animal friend. Sometimes, he loses sight of things here. Especially, when his friends can start changing their appearances at will. Sizhui is definitely talented for mastering such a skill. On top of that, it seems like they both can learn something from each other. Being Jin Ling, he definitely knows there are times when he does end up speaking out of line or being a little too arrogant. He doesn’t take any of those back since he feels like he has a right to say them. Sometimes, that doesn’t sit well with others, but he can’t fully change that about himself. Something that he learned to do as an almost defensive mechanism when it came to his standing. He was and still tired of people looking down on him because of his lack of parents. At least, in the past that was what bothered him so much. It still does, but he can proudly say he got to know one of his parents and learned something from them.
It feels really strange and very realistic when he does pet Sizhui. He has to remind himself that his friend is currently a wolf right now and he’s testing his skills. Jin Ling can’t seem to really hold onto that thought, since he adores animals, mostly dogs very much. Wolves aren’t too different from dogs and Fairy seems to find Sizhui quite interesting as well. He pats his friend’s head a few more times and a little ears scratch here and there before h stepping back, because yes this is getting a little bizarre for him. The wolf only laughs at him, knowing that the most bizarre thing Jin Ling has to deal with—is him, the youkai inside of his body. ]
More like an unwanted roommate, who forced their way into your space! He’s quite evasive otherwise, if it involves him. I don’t know very much about him but he knows a hell lot about me! Which is – annoying!
[ He doesn’t know how to describe it. It’s absolutely annoying and frustrating that he has very little clue on this demon and what it was, and who it was. ]
I – guess you can say that. I wouldn’t say getting along is the best word but we—er compromised.
[ For now, anyway. Jin Ling isn’t ready to let that demon stay up in his head forever. ]
So, you were pretty big.
[ That’s all he has to say to that. Of course, good thing he hasn’t seen Sizhui as a rabbit being carried around. He really will be concerned if he saw that—not because of the carrying around, more of the happened. ]
That’s right! Why are you laughing! It’s the truth isn’t it and why would you use it? You don’t have to do that either.
