"I did," Nell said with another smile. "I tried all the food and danced and got to sit and read by the fire and wandered about everywhere. It was an awful lot of fun, though I don't think I got near enough sleep. They sure did have long days there!"

She was somewhat aware of the minstry stuff and had read a lot of the documents they'd sent, but hadn't gone to talk to them. She didn't feel like she had a real handle on it all and some of it she felt, well, if there was nothing she could do about it why worry. She worried enough about what might be going on back home. Of course, she was, theoretically at least, still alive there.
