"I did," she said. "I figured I might as well experience what all I could since who knows if I'll ever have the chance again. And the food was very good, but then I enjoy spicy foods. I bought some spices and seeds while I was there to see if I could grow some of them to make food with here."

Nell smiled at him. "I won't say anything. Did you have a good time, though? I've never been on one either," she admitted. "Never had the chance for courting even back home. Though I'm not sure how much I believe about any of this romantic love stuff - except in storybooks."
