They had a lot of things to resolve and he was extremely content with what they repaired of their relationship. However, it's something that he wonders about when meeting other versions of people he knows. He obviously knows that they are not all the same and the worst part is having to repeat those conversations over and over again. That or he can choose to ignore that these things are addressed with another version of the person he knows.
