Though she's mostly just being so blunt since she feels crappy about this entire situation, but at least refuses to take that out on the people who are leaving - since it's not like it's their fault. Which is why she's being blunt and dry, sure, but not snappy in any way as she watches Idia nervously mill about, looking like he's nervously thinking about heading off.
