The teasing does push more of a smile onto Tidus's face, glad to hear it, playful or otherwise. If Esteban wanted to stay, well, who was to say he couldn't leave later then? If this was going to be true, real. People could come and go, make decisions further down the line. No regrets, as Esteban put it.

Not everyone would want to, or be staying for that reason - but it's a nice one, Tidus thinks.

"You mean weather? 'Cause a sunny sky's my favourite." But he's not sure that's what Esteban means, and cocks his head to the nearest open doors. "But saying good-bye first sounds good. Weather's not going anywhere - or us!"

Esteban isn't the only one with the incredible humour around here, a grin accompanying that goofy joke.
