Spring Garden Preparations

What: Events leading to the Spring Garden Days Quicksand 16 (Platform Day) to Quicksand 18
Warnings: There's no particular warnings other than the possibility of individual character spoilers.
[An announcement over the intercoms goes throughout the train on the evening of Quicksand 13, after everyone's settled post-mission.]
Good day, this is Elidibus. Some of you may recall the brief transformation of the rock garden into a winter day several platforms ago. This coming platform I'm looking to arrange for a spring season change to the same carriage. Last time was a little spontaneous and short notice. This time I would like to ask for help.
One of the major changes is this will last for three days, including the Platform Day. During that time, those willing to help maintain the spring garden will be welcome. Whether by manual labor, organization, a special talent or other contributions. [After all the carriage is only so large and traffic may be regular.] Like last time, the climate, weather and soil will be present, but I'd like to ask some of those talented with the fast growth of plants and trees to lend assistance. Anyone familiar with planning the layout of a seasonal garden in a relatively small space would also be appreciated.
Those who might be interested in preparing food fit for picnic meals, I would like to ask for your help. Though I have a general concept for this seasonal garden event, I would ask you to bring any ideas you have to me. What I've observed on my star may differ from others and anyone should feel welcome to add their ideas. I may also approach some of you but there is no obligation to agree to my requests.
[This is announced over the intercoms. But there will also be signs posted near the public ICPs in each carriage or in a proper obvious place with this message printed on it.

[ Even if cute eyes looked up at (Tidus) you, and really really wanted to draw Inigo's flowers?
Let's be real, only because Tidus came up with the idea. But also: ]

[ Listen to that obvious hesitation. Because it's as if Inigo can already imagine the eyes too, despite the fact that there is presently no kids present to make said eyes at him..
Why are the art kids so powerful? Who taught Romeo to give looks that innocent?! ]
I guess if they really promise to be careful.. [ E-Even though he's still worried! Because it's Inigo. And he can't ever stop worrying. ] They never really seemed like a bunch of rowdy kids to me.
[ As long as they're not learning stuff about PAINT EGG THROWING from weird videos! ]

Isn't it nice, seeing them in their own pot too? [ Tidus looks at the one still in his hands, and decides to go and set it down near by the other paths. ] They're all squished in that tight plot - you think we can keep them out here, even when this whole Spring thing's over?
[ He's knelt on the ground with the last flowers, a glance between them and Inigo. ]
You could get them nicer pots. Really let them stand out.

It clearly sits more uneasy with him. The hesitation from a moment ago now seems to turn into outright reluctance. ]
I think I'd prefer them being in the other car. At least people know to be careful there, you know?
[ At least, he's not heard of anything extreme happening in the greenhouse yet. Let's hope he didn't jinx it. ]
Some people might not expect the plants here to belong to anyone.

[ There's a hint of amusement in his voice, but it's not too strong, not anything Tidus wants to make fun of Inigo for. He gets it; Inigo gets a lot for his flowers, but it's a shame too for that reason. The greenhouse car is so crowded. ]
If we're here long enough, we should get a car we can put them in - somewhere safe where flowers can breathe. How about it? We could find somewhere in this car- [ He gestures out with a hand. ]
Make a flower corner. Later - if we ever get bored.

[ He still doesn't sound too enthusiastic though. Inigo wonders if he's maybe being a little overprotective - or maybe it's just because these flowers feel so limited. If they were destroyed, could they just get new ones? Would the train recognize flower types from worlds they visited, would it be able to just make them appear on the train here..?
He isn't sure. Maybe that's why he feels so fussy.
But he doesn't want to be fussy in this moment, so after shaking his head he quickly decides to focus on something else. ]
Is there anything else you think we can do to prepare this car for the platform day? [ Inigo immediately thought about moving his flowers over when he heard about the idea, but he hadn't really thought beyond that yet. ]

We didn't have Spring festivals in Zanarkand, so I don't have a clue. I'm just here for moral support. This would be the job for people like Della and Rapunzel.
[ There is a beat, a note drop in his voice at the mention of the pair. But it's not untrue - that they'd have ideas coming out of their hair and feathers. ]

[ Maybe it's since it's an easy distraction from his own fussiness, which he doesn't want to consider too deeply right now, but Inigo immediately takes those two words..
.. and runs with them. Metaphorically runs with them, that is, because he's hardly moving. All he's doing it moving his hand, poking a finger against Tidus's chest. ]
Come on, you can't come here and say that! The kids are working so hard to decorate the carriage, that means you've got to pull your weight too! [ Is he pulling out the kids as an argument just because he figures that's what might actually work on Tidus?
