He blew out a breath, standing a little straighter.
"My lord, I reiterate: your ticket is very important," he said, speaking calmly, like he knew exactly what would happen if Vader was displeased and still was not afraid of him. But there was a force behind his words that all but screamed for him to behave himself. "It enables you access to your quarters, and is essential for when the inspectors come aboard. Destroying it would greatly impact what comfort you can have on this vehicle."
And Luke knew he didn't have to point out how limited that comfort was to begin with, considering nothing resembling his meditation pod was anywhere on the train. On top of it, he was probably the only one on the train that had any idea how his father's systems worked. This was going to be interesting if his father ever required one of his bacta soaks...
