Gladio returned the nod, then an amused smile when the kid decided to follow up his 'greeting' with a splits. That was something Gladio could not do and would never try. They made him ache just looking at it and he turned away. No way, he was definitely not that flexible and never would be and he was happy with that.

He moved to his 'usual' spot, out of the way of others and stood for a few seconds. He couldn't very well go into his usual routine or his usual set of stretches. Before he did any of that he had to work out just what he could do with his shoulder as it was. So he decided to start there by lifting his right arm and moving it around slowly, gauging the range of motion he had in that shoulder before he began some light shoulder stretches to loosen himself up.
