He was sick and tired of sitting around doing nothing and being fussed at for doing nothing, because he was doing too much by doing nothing. He was slowly going insane. So yes, he was at the gym and yes he was going slowly start working on his shoulder, a little bit each day.

"Won't push myself too hard though. Last thing I need is to make this worse..." Which was why his stretches we slow and careful, just testing what he was capable of. It was just nice being able to move it at all.
