Eva leads them to one of the Quiet Car and enters first, all but falling into a seat closest to the window. Not that she looks at it; she doesn't need the headache on top of what is going to be a monumental effort on her part not to clam up.
Her words are clinical when she speaks, devoid of emotion, but utterly honest. "You mentioned the Twisted Kingdom. I'm guessing that's your name for PTSD. Shellshock. Traumashock. But this after the event. Be it days, weeks, months years- when things -and it can be anything, really, remind you of it and trigger a... a flashback of sorts."
She sighs and curls up in on herself. "I'd come out of a nightmare memory and hadn't fully had time to process it. Your anger reminded me of another. Another who very nearly did kill me that night. It is not your fault. You couldn't have known."
