The humour's a little morbid, but it's very much truth and she doesn't seem to bothered by it. "Oh, probably! It's my understanding that staff have the wonderful ability to make life either wonderful, or unpleasantly tolerable, and I'd hazard that replacing them is more trouble than it's worth."
