Madoka does stay quiet as Tony moves over to the ICP. She knows he's right about some things, after all - she should probably have asked Tony and Ignis about it first instead of just deciding it for herself - and that she doesn't have a good answer to other parts - because 'I trust him' probably isn't a good enough answer. Arguing back wouldn't do any good. So she guiltily and obediently stays quiet as she can hear him call Ignis over.

The only thing she does do is bend over to pick Maru up since he's lying there so sadly on the floor. Madoka would really like to hold and comfort him right now, but she's pretty sure that is only going to make Tony even more worried and angry. So she moves to put the cat down on the table instead, despite feeling bad for not being able to do more. It's all she does though before quietly waiting.
