Gladio didn't mind being laughed at. It had been pretty funny. Not at the time of course, ruined cake mix and egg on his face had been enough to make hum grump. But afterwards he had found the humour in it.

He added another two eggs as Noct mixed the wet ingredients, they were making cupcakes for a lot of people after all. And when he thought the mix was ready, he slowly began to add in the dry ingredients while Noct continued to stir. "Hard to make them taste bad. What do you think about chocolate chips in the mix? Would that make them more muffin like?"
