Who: Cassie Lang and OPEN
What: Time for an ant army!
Where: Garden Car
When: Post mission

Cassie was on the floor of the garden car on a mission, to add protection via an army of very nice ants with a cameo by a Wasp (that looks a lot like Hope in full costume). Some of the ants have little water guns and more than a few are ant versions of people she only knows through the news and stories. So yes one ant is wearing a cloak, another wields a hammer and another has a shield.

Beyond that its just because to her its not a garden without some bugs.

Feel free to find her drawing more ants and make suggestions too!

After a full day asleep post mission, Lea was back on his feet, even if he still wasn't quite at 100%. When he found the young girl in the garden car drawing some unusual looking ants along the base of the wall though, he couldn't help but smile. "Not bad," he said. "Guess this train is less strict about drawing on the walls than my parents were, huh?"

"Oh! How cute."

Nerdanel is, of course, back with her rock sculptures.

"You've quite a talent and imagination there."

"Thank you! Nobody has given me trouble, guess the train agrees with me about a garden needing bugs." as Cassie draws in some army ants with water guns.

"Thank you! A garden just needs some bugs I think, even drawn onto the walls kind." Cassie has to smile. In the process she is drawing a little ant version of Wong next to an ant Doctor Strange.

"Are they people you know?" She gestures at the little hammer.

"Sort of. I just know most via stories from my dad and Hope." Cassie goes for the simple version. "But I wonder, and versions of those of us in board?"

"It might be fun for those onboard." Nerdanel agrees. "You can scatter them about, so that folk have to hunt for them!"

"Yeah, gotta have some bugs in a garden," Lea said. "Gotta make sure they're the friendly kind though; no pests allowed on this ride. Even if your ants seem ready and willing to fight them off." He indicated the ant wielding a hammer, the one with a shield, and the ones with tiny water guns.

He observed for a moment, considering, before he crouched down nearby. "Mind if I join in?", he asked.

Cassie makes room on the floor for Lea to join her. "Wanna add some bugs? Because a garden needs more bugs!" as she explained the concept. "Superheroes from my world but in ant form." pointing out Thor and Captain America. "The army ants are from Wakanda, just shooting water. Mostly since water guns are funny."

'I love it! Plus it'll bring smiles." a sure sign if you knew Scott Lang she's very much his kid.

"I'm sure it will! Will you try and do ones for everyone on the train?"

Lea settled himself more comfortably on the floor, then smiled as she called them army ants. "Well if they're gonna be army ants," he said, picking up a green crayon, "they need to look the part." Lea proceeded to carefully draw tiny green helmets on the squirt-gun wielding ants, grinning at his own visual pun. Yes, he knew very well that's not what army ants meant, but it was still funny.

"As for more bugs though... hmm..." He looked at the still blank portion of the wall, considering a moment. Picking up yellow and black crayons, he drew a couple of bumblebees, giving each a simple but familiar face. The blonde one held two keys, one black and one silver, and the black haired one held a silver key with a gold handle. "There we go. A couple of Key-bees, here to defend the garden against Heartless pests. What do you think?"

"I think I like these ones a lot better than real ones," Eva says by way of greeting. "You're quite good, you know that?"

"Thank you Eva! A garden just needed some bugs but hero bugs and friendly bugs." as Cassie doodles in a ant with a little now and arrow.

"If all goes according to plan!"

"Key-bees, I love it!' as Cassie adds a little Scarlet Witch in ant form, complete with jacket. "The hero ants will help the Key-bees like a good hero would too."

"Yeah, and it makes it look more alive."

It really, really does.

"You like bugs, I take it?"

"Well then! I will look forwards greatly to seeing the finished product."

Nerdanel says delightedly. "And if ever you wish some company, you will find me here."

"For now I'm just drawing bugs." but it's with a smile.

"A garden just needed some bugs just for life." Cassie observed. "I'm partial to the creepy things." But she's smiling. "The rest of the train is next, for ant equals."

"Art is art!" She smiles back. "We all have to start somewhere."

Eva cocks her head, curious. "Oh? What kind of creepy things?"

To an Arkean, that can mean so many things. "And what do you mean by Ant Equals?"

"Of course they will," Lea said. "Though they could probably use some extra help too, just in case. So how about a few Key-beetles to go along with them?"

He drew a trio of ladybug-type beetles: one pink with black spots, one black with red spots, and one slightly larger one that was black with blue spots. He then gave them each a face that was familiar to him, though probably not to her: the pink one was given a face with red hair, the red and black one had spiky brown hair, and the black and blue one had silver hair, each with blue eyes. Each was then given a key; the brown haired one was given a key identical to the Xion-bee's, while the silver haired one's key looked more like a normal sword with a silver blade and black handle, given the much simplified drawings. The red-haired one's key was the most difficult to do in crayon, but it was gold with a few colorful dots along it to represent flowers.

He sat back to examine his work for a moment, then nodded in satisfaction. "There we go," he said. "Sora, Riku, and Kairi beetles. Not bad, if I do say so myself."
