For just a minute, they are at a stalemate. Nita doesn't even know what she's achieving here.

But, if it's helped her somehow-

"Anytime," she says, quieter than she wants, though maybe that's how A-Qing would prefer it.

As a council member, Nita has her work cut out for her.

At least she's not the only one on the case?
