It's heartwarming, really, to see the demon in such high spirits. Things had been obviously... tense before the failed Armaggedon, and they hadn't even had time to properly celebrate anything before they found themselves in some supposedly impossible misadventure. Not that anything is resolved just yet, but he'll take respite where he can, and this seems like a good evening for it.
