There was a smile when Inigo said that he wanted to go to college. That would be fun and he could just picture it. They'd be walking from class to the dorm room, smiling or laughing or even sharing anecdotes about class. Yuki might be a little braver maybe, and they'd be discussing what they were going to eat for dinner or order out.

And then Inigo popped that beautiful bubble with his question as to what college was.

For a moment he thought the warrior had lost his mind. And then it hit him about a few things. Lifespans, higher education, immunizations..all things that would be quite new to the other boy. Things the boy might've died from in his timeline, he could be prepared for. That got the mind working.

"Can you..can you just spend about a month with me in my world before going home?" It might be a foolish request he knew, but he had to try. He would try everything to get Inigo as protected as he could before they had to part.
