Party Time

Who: Everyone who wants to attend.
What: It's a party for all, but the pairing up part is for singles only.
When: Day 19 of Fiddlesticks
Where: Gym Carriage
Warnings: Who knows atm just Minako being Minako will add more as things happen.

[Minako figured she did the best she could for the party. Though she also wondered if perhaps she might not have that many people come. Sure she wanted to put singles together, but at the same time, she simply wanted people to have fun.

In the dressing carriage, people will find costumes and masks that were more gothic in nature. There was food and hopefully some forms of sweet treats for those looking for it as well as a variety of drink, mostly non-alcoholic.]

[Wester taps their leather shoes against the floor of the train.] Don't worry, these things are a lot harder than they look. If you step on my feet, I doubt I'd even feel it.

But if you'd rather not, that's fine. [They, of all people, can understand Yugi's reluctance to hit the dance floor with them.] Wallflowers grow for a reason, but you still looked lonely to me.

As is the usual first thing with most dances. I just don't want to hurt anyone with certain kinds. If the song was faster I am perfectly okay with embarrassing myself though.

Like I said, I have hard shoes. And I'm pretty dang agile too, so I'm pretty sure I can avoid your feet if I need to.

If that is the case, I don't really have any reason not to. Besides...if I learn I am sure someone would appreciate it.

[At least for later parties, because at this point he wouldn't be surprised if more parties were to happen later. So he listened to the song as the last one ended before moving to the floor.]

Besides sometimes one need to have courage to do something they might not normally do even if fear is a thing. So let's go.

[Wester is an excellent teacher, taking is as slowly and as steadily as possible so Yugi can find his rhythm. They know their Yugi well enough to understand he's an

[Yugi was at least trying his best to find the rhythm if mostly because he wanted to at least be able to be a decent dancer for next time.

he seemed to be getting the hang of it after a while.]

I feel fine. I mean I've done a lot more awkward than this. [Dancing in bright onsies still was the top of that list of awkward.]

But you are a pretty good teacher.

Thanks! Teaching takes just as much practice as dancing, although I have to admit I've put in waaaaay less hours on this front. [Wester chuckles, continuing to take it slow for Yugi.

Is it sad that he's harder to lead for than the literally blind girl they and Anzu have danced with? Probably.]

I guess before here you didn't really have to teach anyone unless they asked.

[he seems to be getting the hang of it, but at his own pace, which wasn't as quick as some others. But hey, he was better than he had been and no more stepping on toes.
