Tony gives Peter an equally odd look, but then his eyes light with realization. It took him a moment to connect what Peter was saying to what he knew, but when he does it felt like he was kicked in the gut. Peter didn't know. Peter wasn't going to know if he had any say in the matter.

"Right. I was.. just meaning.. the cloak wasn't here. That's all." Totally lying, and not a very good one at that.

This is also the first time he's noticed the rucksacks. "Where'd those come from? See if there's a cloth in one of those." He needed to stop the bleeding.
