"One of our enemies opened a portal to a place called the Rift," she shrugged, not sure how to explain it. "Kinda like pure chaos. If it'd stayed open, the world would'be been done for... so we decided to close it. Except there was an army between it and the six of us. Closing the portal's the last I remember."
