"They look like Hot Topic rejects." Gwen, not everyone knows what Hot Topic is. Her tone isn't entirely teasing. She hates the boots. She prefers light sneakers, dance shoes. Hell, her ballet slippers would be preferred. Her sticking ability is kind of hampered by the boots and she kinda needs it unhampered. She eventually takes them off and flexes her toes with a small sigh.

"Little of column A, little of column B," Gwen states, underplaying this entirely, but for a good reason. "My father was a police officer, so I know basic self defense. And I've been trained in dancing since I was three. I prefer ballet."
