She turned to glance over her shoulder--she had been doing preparations for later meals--mostly hard boiling an egg or two, so she'd figured out the stove and such--but that announcement had her brow furrowing a bit.

"You are aware it isn't an immediate process? I mean, to brew a truly good cup of tea. I also need to see if we have leaves or such to brew with--but I'll put water on now. It's not distilled, I'm sure, but I'll do the best with what I have."
This also means she's going to boil more water than she needs, and go all the way. Currently she's in search of a proper tea pot. "We've no cream, sadly, but there's sweetener, at least." White sugar had astounded her a bit--they only had maple sugar and honey, nothing incredibly refined back at home.
