"No one likes being sad. I know I don't, but at the same time, it's not nice to pretend everything is okay when one is hurting inside either." She would just accept it and not really say anything. "If a friend feels bad because you feel bad then that's a good friend, they care and they feel bad because they see their friend hurting and want to help. It's not nice to make a friend sad... But...
