Not always, but especially not like this. Unless there's more to it that Inigo's left out, it's complicated, but hate--even if he doesn't know the guy, Tidus doesn't want to put that on the table. It doesn't make sense. And he doesn't want to imagine a guy like Inigo in a relationship like that.
